"I don't understand?"

Another "School Life" theme

=======================
Title: "I don't understand?"
"Hey look, its the new kid! Let him into the handball court!"

I never understood what he was saying at that time, as I hardly knew any english when I first moved here.

"You deaf? Hurry and get in!"

"He doesnt speak or talk english," says the girl in front of the line.

"Ooh, so he's 'special'?"

"O well, lets get the game started. Hope he knows how to play."

I understood what he meant by play, but I had no idea how to play according to the rules of this game of "handball". So as soon as the ball was served to me, I kicked it into the other kid's face.

"What the hell? YOU DONT KICK THE BALL!" he hollers at me.
"Give it a rest, its our-"

"Dont say its our fault! He's the idiot for kicking it when its called 'HAND-BALL'!"

The kid that I injured walked towards me and sent a punch flying into my stomach.

"Dumbass, thats what you get!"

I was really angry. No one gets away from hitting me, so I rush towards him and uppercutted his chin, jerking his neck back quickly while making a cracking noise. The kid falls onto the ground, unable to get up. He was crying after a while. The other kids around me backed away as the vice principal and the yard duty came to our spot.

"You, you're coming with us," said the Vice Principal.

The rest became a blurr. I couldn't remember what happened next, but I knew students began fearing my habit of striking back when hit and how I can get angry easily. That kid I uppercutted the other day came to school in a neckbrace, and whenever I would come near him, he would always run away, not wanting to do anything with me anymore.
