This is the way Taelus Jin (Tae'Jin) officially dies, through the final judgement. The summoning of the judge requires a large amount of energy from a person who can manipulate existence. Judges are merely embodiments of the Creator who exist only for a single purpose, to do the job they are specifically called to do. In this version of the scene, Huo'Gald is defeated while fighting Taelus, and during a last talk with him, surrenders the rest of his life force to summon the only being that can defeat Taelus, the Final Judge. This event takes place all after the battle at Belhorn. The reason why no soldiers are present is because both sides retreated (as in original version) by orders of the two leaders.

Title: "Worse than Death"
"I am... "The Final Judge", summoned by the offering of Huo Galden Syndal."
His heavenly presence causes Taelus to freeze in fear.
"It seems, that you are the very same person... who betrayed him. So... 'Betrayer of God', what is your last words before the face of judgement?" he says, pointing a large claymore in Taelus's face.
"... Why... me? I didn't... do anything wrong... I only wanted... to fix everything... make everything what it once was! Why do I have to be judged?"
"From the day of betrayal till now, you have not changed one bit. You used the other Children, slaughtered those who opposed you, and started a worldwide war for the sake of creating a Paradise."
"...." Taelus is unable to speak anymore.
He is stunned at the Judge's words. Everything he says is true, all for the sake of an empty Paradise.
"It seems there is nothing else to say. Very well... it is time!
The silver chains that once hung the Judge, now binded Taelus. Taelus tries his best to wriggle out of the chains, but is unable to escape. He cries and screams, begging the Judge for forgiveness.
"This sword will pierce through your soul, erasing you from existence itself. You will become nothing, and will be nothing in the minds of all. Only the other Children will know of your treachery. To be forgotten is worse than death... and it's the choice of this sword, that will determine if you will just die... or be removed completely from everything."
"No... please... STOP!"
The Judge thrusts the claymore through Taelus, piercing him through the heart. Taelus is unable to move, unable to breathe. His sharp yellow eyes turn blank as pieces of his body are absorbed into the blade.
"It seems you will no longer exist. It is just eating everything you once had, everything that is of you, and everything that will be. That is why... it is far worse... than death."
As the last bits of Taelus is absorbed, the silver chains that binded him disappear as well. The Judge fades away into beautiful blue pieces and disappears completely.
The seven years of world war has ended, leaving the world in a state of panic and ruin. The rebellious ones, with no one to lead them, surrendered completely, unable to recall their goal and purpose. Only the "Children of God" can recall the history and the real story behind everything and the true purpose of "The Crescent War". Throughout the years passing by after this war, Huo Galden Syndal is too, forgotten as the people no longer recall any memories of him, or if he ever existed.
